This artwork tells a story of gentle restoration, growth and connection to Country. Flowing pathways move softly through the composition, like quiet streams carving their way across the land. These winding tracks symbolise life’s journey, reminding us that healing is not rushed, but unfolds in its own time, guided by Country.
At the centre, native flora rises strong and grounded. The blooming forms represent renewal, resilience and the power of nature to restore spirit. Each plant holds story and memory, honouring the way flora has long provided nourishment, medicine and guidance. Gum blossoms hang above, watching over the land like quiet guardians, symbolising protection, care and continuity.
Meeting places appear along the pathways, marked with gentle dotted circles. These spaces represent connection, reflection and gathering – moments where people come together, share stories and allow themselves to rest. They speak to the importance of community in healing, reminding us that we are never walking alone.
