Between Sky and Sea tells the story of the many environments of Country and the connections that flow between them.
The black cockatoo soars above the landscape, representing freedom, strength and the journeys that carry us across Country. Below, the turtle moves calmly through the water, symbolising patience, resilience and the importance of continuing forward at our own pace.
Native banksias and flowering gums represent the abundance and beauty of the land, while the flowing lines and dots throughout the ocean speak to currents, movement and the ever-changing rhythm of water.
From the deepest water to the open sky, everything remains connected. Between Sky and Sea celebrates our relationship with Country and reminds us that wherever our journeys take us, we remain part of something much greater than ourselves.
